For those who have wanted to learn about Negros history, there now exists a neat way of learning a part of the voluminous Negros Island stories. The Negros Season of Culture, a global messaging platform to promote Negrense culture, has put together seven articles with videos to tell the story of seven key churches in the province of Negros Occidental.
These churches are located in the towns and cities of Valladolid, La Carlota, Hinigaran, Binalbagan, Bacolod, Talisay, and Bago.
The aim of the series of articles is to spread knowledge of the rich history of Negros which is intertwined with the foundation of the church in the island. This is done in connection with the celebration of the National Heritage Month.
