A new restaurant set in a historic ancestral home opens in Silay City, Negros Occidental


Tucked in behind the Public Plaza of Silay City - the little Paris of Negros Island, is an ancestral home known as the Adela Locsin Ledesma Mansion.  The house is also known as Balay Puti.

Through the pandemic, Balay Puti has undergone a restoration giving birth to a restaurant of a different kind.  Stephen's at Balay Puti by Chef Stephen Escalante opened its doors yesterday, December 3, 2021.

Located at Calle Ledesma, Silay City, Dinner is served from 4PM to 8PM

They are open for walk ins but reservations are highly encouraged due to limited seating capacity.
